The wonderful Christina from Crisbie Coach has shared the sixth post in the series being run by the Climate Change Collective.

…by taking small steps at home, not only you can save energy (and money) but also you will help to protect the environment by reducing your emissions.
Households generate roughly a quarter of all direct CO2 emissions produced in the EU today.
And did you know that three-quarters of the energy used by homes across the EU is for heating and cooling?
So, let’s see how you can reduce your energy consumption and contribute to the reductions of the global emissions.
Read the rest of Christina’s post How You Can Reduce Your Energy Consumption and Save Money by Saving the Planet to see her list of excellent tips.
It’s great to get some advice on some really easy, accessible steps that can contribute to making a real difference, not only to protecting our planet but our bank balances too.

I try to help all I can by using recycleable bags, eco-friendly clothing (which is the softest i’ve ever worn), and i recycle everything I can. I try to leave the world a better place than I left it.
